a little power of orb.... what a tiny one that's glow! Inside of the tunnel there are cold spots.
You think it is something appearance of a spirit there, no. just shine from sun. it's very pretty day but cold inside from hot day outside. That's good idea !
At the tunnel there are no dust or something like that. They are very silence place and many people walk-in the tunnel and they have smell like a flower somewhere I am sure. I think I did. 
That's biggest fort of Delaware. You should go there. It is not BAD tourism to go!

The Ghost Lady still around near the window sometime I looked at it and it's not there... but sometime. upstair and left door with window. It's paranormal activity.
